The following is an excerpted section from the U.S. Department of State: International Religious Freedom Report for 2012.  Here is what I found very interesting:  Notice the tone and negative connotation assigned to the concept of blasphemy laws by the Dept. of State.  Also, this excerpt clearly outlines the dangers associated with the proliferation of blasphemy laws.  That was just last year.  Now, contrast that with the State Department’s advancing of the blasphemy laws from Hillary Clinton, (Former Secretary of the State Dept.) via the Istanbul Process in the OIC.  It’s all a complete contradiction:
